This image is currently marked for deletion, however I feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws. It is a promotional photo and as such is likely copyrighted, however although it comes from the band's official website there is no copyright information given to accompany it (the original image can be viewed here). A suitable replacement image that is known to be free of copyright cannot reasonably be found or created for 2 reasons:
- Cameras are not generally allowed into the band's concerts, and I do not have access to the band members in order to create a free image of the entire lineup.
- This photo represents the most current lineup of the band, which most other images that can be found online or in other media do not (I searched, all the other images I found were out-of-date photos showing members who are no longer in the band).
For these reasons I believe the image meets fair use criteria and should not be deleted. If an adequate free image can be found or created I am happy to substitute it in place of this one. Seaworldpunk 08:30, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
