The University of Warwick provides the majority of accommodation to first-year undergraduate and first-year postgraduate students in purpose-build Halls of Residence. There are 5,671 student bedrooms on campus.

Three halls, 396 single en suite rooms, undergraduates, high speed network/internet access, shared kitchen and lounge facilities, 30 week lets, £97 per week in 2006/2007.

Three blocks of eight-person flats, first and final year undergraduates and postgraduates allocated to separate blocks by type, high speed network/internet access, telephone in study bedroom, kitchen and lounge facilities in each flat, same sex bathroom shared between two study bedrooms, the halls are approximately 10 minutes from the Students Union, 5 minutes walk from the Library, 2 minutes from the Maths block, these halls have the advantage of being the closest to the local Tesco supermarket. They offer 39 week continuous lets for undergraduates and 50 week lets for postgraduates, £86 per week in 2006/2007.

Three halls, 286 single study bedrooms, undergraduates, high speed network/internet access, kitchens, common room on the ground floor, bathroom facilities on each floor, 30 week lets. Refurbished for 2006/2007 to provide two kitchens per corridor (around 29 people), intstead of the original one. This partly explains the rent increase to £60 a week.

A brand new hall of residence providing 701 single en suite study bedrooms of eight person flats for final year undergraduates and postgraduates, high speed network/internet access, kitchen and lounge facilities in each flat, approximately 15 minutes walk, or a short cycle ride, from the Students' Union, 39 week continuous lets for undergraduates and 50 week lets for postgraduates, £94 per week for 2006/2007.

Eight halls, 460 single study bedrooms (in most instances), undergraduates, high speed network/internet access, shared kitchen and bathroom facilities on each floor, communal common room on the ground floor of each hall, 25 minutes walk or a cycle ride to central campus, 30 week lets, £67 per week in 2006/2007. Located on Westwood Campus to the North of all other university buildings.

The University of Warwick's Accommodation Service acts as landlord on a large number of properties in Leamington Spa and Earlsdon in Coventry. It also acts as an agent for Union Court in Leamington Spa and Liberty Park in Coventry.
