The University of Texas System comprises fifteen educational institutions in Texas, of which nine are general academic universities and six are health institutions. The system has a total enrollment of over 185,000 students. Its flagship institution is The University of Texas at Austin. The UT System also offers online courses and degrees from UT institutions via the UT TeleCampus.
