Liverpool Guild of Students is the student union of the University of Liverpool (not to be confused with the Liverpool Students Union which represents Liverpool John Moores University).

The title also refers to the Guild of Students building, which is the centre point of activity in student life at the University and is run by the 4 sabbatical officers. It contains various bars and cafes as well as THE BASE (the student support centre), administrative offices, meeting rooms, THE HUB and the Athletics Union. It also hosts Guild Live, the name of the entertainments provision for Liverpool Guild. It is the largest students union building in Britain and second largest in Europe.[citation needed]

The 4 Sabbatical Officers are: President - Darran Martin, Communications Officer - Adam McNicholas, Activities and Services Officer - Francisco Esteves and Welfare and Equal Opps - Carly Bocock

The Chief Executive of Liverpool Guild is Peter Robertson.

Guild Live is the name of the entertainments provision at the Guild. It consists of four halls in the Guild of Students building. The Mountford Hall is the largest hall, accommodating around 2,500 people and during term time regularly hosts the event Double Vision on Monday evenings and Time Tunnel on Friday evenings. There is also the Stanley Theatre, commonly used for gigs and theatre performances, the James E. Brown room and the Courtyard which are also used for various events.
