University School of Nova Southeastern University is a fully accredited, independent, college preparatory school that serves grades Pre-K through grade 12. The school provides a challenging and personalized education. The faculty at the University School are comprised of experienced professionals of whom 96% hold advanced degrees. At the University School, leadership, academic excellence, extracurricular participation, and service to others are emphasized as part of the cirriculum. Students at the University School have been recognized for their achievements in academics, visual and performing arts, and athletics. There is a balanced ciriculum, and more than forty clubs and organizations that encourage community service participation. Located on the main campus of Nova Southeastern University, University School students also benefit from the educational resources of a major university. As a college preparatory school, The College Counseling Office provides insight, perspective and direction to the college admission process which starts in 9th grade. 100% of University School graduates are accepted to colleges and 98% are eligible for Bright Futures Scholarships. University School has recently added The Learning and Research Academy to provide early intervention for students in grades K-4 that have mild to moderate learning disabilities.
