The University Mall is located in South Burlington, Vermont and is the largest mall in the state.

- J.C. Penney opened 1992
- Sears opened 1998 (moved from downtown location to mall)
- Kohl's opened 2004
- The Bon-Ton Opened 1999
Former Anchors
- Steinbach closed 1999 when chain went out of business
- Zayre Original tenant acquired by Ames 1989
- Ames Opened 1989 in former Zayre, closed when chain went of business 2002.
The mall is managed by Finard and Company.
