The Universities Superannuation Scheme is a pension scheme in the United Kingdom.

The scheme owns Telford Shopping Centre in Telford, Shropshire. Other commercial properties in which it has been involved include Forestside Shopping Centre, Belfast. It was bought from Sainsbury's for £50 million in 1998 and sold in 2001 for £70 million.
