The Universal Peace Protocol (UPP) an initiative of the International peace Institute, is a standard for integrating and sharing strategies and solutions from multiple sources within the Peace Conservation System (PCS).

  • The human mind plays the unanimous role of making decisions
  • The human mind relies on strategies and solutions while making its decisions.
  • strategies and solutions operate through specific media to become available to the human mind.
  • the human mind relies only on strategies and solutions approved by it.
  • the human mind may adopt or discard any strategy or solution
