Universal Bank (環球銀行) is a overseas Chinese bank in the United States. Headquartered in West Covina, California, with branch offices in Arcadia, California, Eagle Rock, Los Angeles, California, Monterey Park, California, Orange, California, and Rosemead, California, this privately-held community bank was first established on November 17, 1954.

The locations of its branch offices are good example of the great oriental tradition of the emphasis on the education of the children. Many Chinese and Asian immigrants are attracted to settle in the communities for the local prestigious high school, and the fact that the majority of students population being Chinese / Asian, in turn, contributed to the excellent academic performance of the school itself. For example, the Eagle Rock High School (Los Angeles, California) is among the highest ranking schools in the Los Angeles Unified School District, and in 2006 it was ranked in the top 400 high schools in the United States

Seizing the opportunity, Universal Bank (環球銀行) recently focuses on providing mortgage and other real estate financing Chinese / Asian immigrants in the local community, following them to the regions outside the their traditional residential areas such as Chinatown, Los Angeles, and becoming one of the few overseas Chinese bank in Los Angeles to ventured into Orange County, California.
