Universal Animation

Universal Animation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational organization dedicated to promoting knowledge about anime and manga in the United States. The corporation was founded in 2002 in New York City. AnimeNEXT is one of the events that it hosts in order to further its mission. In 2006, the organization launched a second annual event focusing on manga, MangaNEXT. The organization also has a manga library which it loans to other anime fan conventions and offers free webhosting for other educational anime non-profits.
