United States Junior Chamber

The United States Junior Chamber (Jaycees) teaches leadership development through community services. It "gives young people between the ages of 18 and 40 the tools they need to build the bridges of success for themselves in the areas of business development, management skills, individual training, community service, and international connections." The U.S. Junior Chamber is a non-profit corporation/organization that was founded in 1920 in St. Louis, Missouri. Today, its headquarters can be found in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The Jaycees is a leadership development organization.

There are four areas of opportunity for members: Individual, Community, Business, and International. Members join to meet, learn, and grow so that they can become better leaders who then go on to create better societies.

Originally organized as a social club for dancing.
