The United Regional Basketball League (URBL) was a basketball league in the Philippines. Founded in 2004, the league was mostly managed by people from the defunct Metropolitan Basketball Association.

The opening ceremonies were held at New Cebu City Coliseum and was covered by the Associated Broadcasting Company. Ramon Fernandez was the league commissioner.

M Lhuillier-Kwarta Padala-Cebu defeated the Ilocos Sur Snipers to win the championship. It was televised on a delayed basis by the National Broadcasting Network.

The league folded in 2005 after one season.
