Uni Bar, Hobart

The Uni Bar Hobart (commonly just known as 'The Uni Bar') is a pub and music venue at the University of Tasmania's Sandy Bay Campus. The name is an abbreviation of both 'University Bar' and 'Union Bar'. The Bar is run by the Tasmania University Union (TUU).
The bar hosts many university related functions run by TUU sports clubs and societies including the always popular O Week events at the start of the academic year.

It hosts many concerts including local, national and international acts. Past acts have included Public Enemy, Spiderbait, Regurgitator and more.

The Unibar offers traditional Tasmanian Beers on tap as well as the usual range of other Australian and imported beers in stubbies.
