[edit] Black and White liberals and Kerry's triumph in D.C
The article states : This illustrates the rejection of George W. Bush by Black voters, who are a majority in the district. NPOV violation? although even most of the White vote in DC are liberal - how else can Democratic candidates get such large margins?
Maybe we can add to the introduction a sentence such as :
This enormous Democratic vote is the combination of both the importance of the Black vote and of a very liberal White vote in this city, where many people are civil servants.
