The USP in Leavenworth, Kansas is not known as the "Hot House" as used by an author for the title in his book. It is and has always been the "Big Top" because of its dome. You may check www.lvarea.com/usp_info.htm for confirmation, but my family has lived outside its walls. My father worked there, we lived on its reservation, and my family has been in the Leavenworth area for 4 generations.
