Summary: This is a cropped Google Maps screenshot of University Hills. It was created by taking a screenshot using the Macintosh software Grab, which created a TIFF file. The image was cropped and exported to JPG in Adobe Photoshop.

Fair Use Rationale:

1. This image is being used on Wikipedia for an educational purpose. This image qualifies for fair use in the article University Hills because it provides a satellite view of the community which is described in the article. It also helps by giving a map of the community.

2. The screenshot covers only a very small part of the surface mapped by Google Maps.

3. A very small amount of the copyrighted work is being used.

4. As the image is an insufficient substitute for the original, it should not prevent people from using the Google Maps software.
