It seems somewhat over zealous to have a list of stubs, a category of Universities and Colleges, and a further category for colleges. Would it not be more appropriate to have a Tertiary education category; the stubs could fit within the individual uni's (and in any case anyone looking for a particular college only has to do a search, and would be more likely to do that!)
