[edit] Program
1.- El Regreso del Indio - Chanson indienne (The Return of the Indian)
- A former political group now sings to their land: The Andes. Since they'd just come from touring France, they had a French translator (depicted by Mundstock), who simultaneously translates the song from Spanish to his poor French.
2.- Manuel Darío - Canciones Descartables (Discardable songs)
- A tribute to fictional singer/songwriter Manuel Darío (depicted by Rabinovich), who after 20 years in the business still sings... for the misfortune of everybody who listens to him.
3.- Así Hablaba Salí Baba - Verdades Hindudables (And so spoke Salí Baba)
- A conference imparted by Hindi Guru Swami Sali Maharishi Baba, who shares his ancient "wisdom" with the crowd.
4.- El Negro Quiere Bailar - Pas de merengue (The brotha wants to dance)
- Though the main feature of this act is the Merengue music, it features a long (and hilarious) introduction in which Mundstock and Rabinovich discuss how to explain the term Merengue (which besides meaning a dance/music style, is also the desert dish).
5.- San Ictícola de los Peces - Tarantela litúrgica - (Saint Icticola of the Fish - Lithurgic tarantella)
- The fishermen of the Italian village of Rocca Povera ("Poor Rock") make a pilgrimage each year to the mountain in which lies the shrine of Saint Icticola, the saint to which they pray to guarantee good fishing. In this occasion, we get to join them on one of such trips.
6.- A la playa con Mariana - Balada no avalada (To the beach with Mariana - unvalidated ballad)
- A ballad composed by Mastropiero by request of Sofia Von Stauben. It narrates the singer's intentions of going to the beach with Mariana, with constant plan-altering advice from another character.
7.- Perdónala - Bolérolo (Forgive Her)
- A song that talks about the misfortunes the singer is having with his woman, with the supporting characters constantly asking him to "forgive her".
8.- Fronteras de la Ciencia - Música del Tercer tipo (Frontiers of Science - Music of the third kind)
- Mundstock is a TV host of a show that talks about alien encounters, and offers the audience a first hand testimonial from Asdrúbal García, a local character who has just made contact with martians. This is the last sketch of the show and uses characters from the previous acts, so in order to view it, you'd need to see acts no. 2, 3 and 5. A new musical instrument, the "Ferrocalíope" which uses steam engine whistles to produce music, and different colored bulbs to give each jet of steam/gas a different color.
9.-(Bonus act in the DVD) Vote a Ortega - Música Proselitista (Vote for Ortega - Campaign music)
- This sketch talks about Mastropiero's musical contribution to fictional Ortega's campaign, and Les Luthiers presents the campaign speech done by Ortega himself (by Carlos López Puccio)
