Undeniable Records is a Dallas, Texas-based independent record label formed in 2004 by Chris Harris, Zak Alexander, and Jason Roberts to help promote the emerging independent music scene in and around North Texas.

The label quickly gained momentum and publicity in 2005 with the dual release of records The Vice and Virtue Ministry by psychedelic pop outfit The Happy Bullets, and Le Fun by garage rock trio the Tah Dahs. Both albums received critical praise along with national college airplay and paved the way for the labels third release, 2006's Everybody Has A Dark Side by the alt-country tinged the Theater Fire.
