Uncle Joe's Mint Balls

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Uncle Joe's Mint Balls are spherical mints produced by Wm Santus and Co in Wigan, Greater Manchester, the United Kingdom. Their mascot is a smiling man, presumably Uncle Joe. The packaging (usually a sealed can) describes its contents as "pure and good", and "They keep you all aglow".

The ingredients of Uncle Joe's Mint Balls are: pure cane sugar, oil of peppermint and cream of tartar.

English singer/songwriter and humourist Mike Harding has a song called "Uncle Joe's Mint Balls" on his 1975 album Mrs. 'Ardin's Kid.
