The United Nations has presently neither designated traditional nor simplified set of characters to be the official one. But it's true that, reportedly, a linguist has revealed that the UN as decided to use simplified Chinese characters in 2008 [1]. — Instantnood 11:34, 1 April 2006 (UTC)
