Ulysses S. Webb

Ulysses Sigel Webb (September 29, 1864 - July 31, 1947) was the 19th Attorney General of California. He helped empower the Asiatic Exclusion League by enforcing anti-Asian laws passed nationally as well as in California, such as the Alien Land Law.
