I gained my Master's Degree in Public Policy from the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs, University of Minnesota in 2005 and I'm specilised in Public and Non-profit Management and Leadership. Prior to this, I got my Bachelor's (1998) and Master's (2000) Degrees in History from Baku State University. I have been working for multinational corporations and international organisations (such as UN, CoE) for more than 10 years. I am married and have two children. My hobbies are cinematography, photography and mechanical watches.
