[edit] Modesto image

Hello, by our image policies, we cannot use images that have a special license only for Wikipedia -- the content we use must be usable for anyone who would want to create their own projects based on Wikipedia as well. For that reason, we delete images that are uploaded with special permission licenses. If you wish to upload that image under fair use, and can follow all the guidelines for fair use images on Wikipedia, that's fine, or alternatively, if you can get the author to agree to a general open license or public domain, that would be acceptable. Take care. --Improv 14:09, 13 October 2006 (UTC)

Request reason: "my account is not sole purpose. I have made other edits on various pages before creating an account. My only reason for creating an account was to start the Page on Kirby Hensley. My account name is specific as i have a particular interest in the ULC. I am not an employee of ULC.net, ULCHQ.com or ULC.org/TheMonastery.org ULC.org has been removed from the ULC per the ULC Headquarters. they can be reached at generalcontact@ulchq.com or 209-527-8111, Ask for Andre or CJ Hensley to verify thier removal. Having a link for a church that was removed is a bit assine. As noted on the Talk page, you will not find a link for the Church of England on the Roman Catholic Page."

Decline reason: "Given your edit history, I'm inclined to agree that this is a single-purpose account, as everything has had to do with promoting the ULC. -- EVula // talk // // 04:06, 13 November 2006 (UTC)"
