UFIDA (用友 in Chinese) is the #1 ERP vendor in the Asia-Pacific area, with over 400,000 implementions as of 2005[citation needed]. It was founded in 1988 in Beijing, China by Wang Wenjing, and has grown from a basic financials package to encompass a full line of ERP modules, plus several industry-specific applications.

UFIDA owns 41 affiliate companies in PRC and a special group which consists of 5,000 experts mainly for the software investigation, marketing and consulting. It consists 6 investment holding companies, including UF Government Software, UF Financial Software, UF Software Engineering, Hisun UF software, UFIFS and UF Huabiao, and 5 overseas institutions. UFIDA is the largest player in Chinese Enterprise Application market.
