[edit] Background story
ÜberSoldier follows the journey of the fictitious Karl Stolz, a Nazi soldier who has, through the process of being killed in duty, then being resurrected, acquired supernatural powers which aid him in combat. Just before he was indoctrinated by the Nazis, a member of the German Resistance rescued him and effectively turning his loyalties. Karl Stolz now became the ÜberSoldier of the German Resistance helping them destroy the "ÜberSoldier fabrication" infrastructure.
[edit] Powers and Emotions
The power the resurrection grants you is the ability to stop bullets being shot at you. The shield retains the bullets until they hit something like a wall or an enemy. In the latter example, the bullet would kill or wound the enemy, making it a useful tool. You also are able to increase the amount of damage you can take. You can do this by making three knife kills within a limited time. In order to increase the power of your shield, the same process must be completed, however insted of three knife kills you must get three head shots. In the game the effects of these actions are called rage and anger.
[edit] Reception
It was generally met with poor reviews. Criticisms include its poor voice acting, high system requirements, and lack of multiplayer support.
