U and Dat is second single off of E-40's album My Ghetto Report Card. The song features T-Pain and Kandi Girl, and it was produced by Lil Jon. A remix was released in early August with Juelz Santana and Snoop Dogg. It was featured on an Amp'd mobile commercial.

The music video is in a club scene and in a car. Most of the video is T-Pain and E-40 checking out various big booty women, Kandi being one of them. Kandi's part in the video is pushing off promiscuous men around her.
