U.S. Security Associates is a major provider of security guards and other private security services in the U.S. market. It is based in the Atlanta, Georgia area but operates in most U.S. states. Its corporate literature describes it as the second-largest U.S.-based provider of private security. It functions as something of a holding company, operating many of the security companies that it has acquired, such as Advance Security Company, Atlantic Security Company, and Employers Security Company ("ESCO"), under their original names in the states and areas in which they were operating at the time of their acquisition. It is also known in some areas as Outsource Partners.

U.S. Security Holdings Inc. is a Delaware corporation, with its principal office at 200 Mansel Court, 5th floor Roswell Georgia, 30076. Its division / Subsidiary US Security Associates Inc., DBA Advance Security, ARKO Executive services, GHG Security, Inc., Generagl Security, Atlas Security and Patrol, Inc., Vigilant Integrated Services, KBM Security Services, Cognisa Security Inc., Argenbright Security Inc., Pan American Investigation Services and Outsource Associates DBA Gotham, Z-Tech and Superior Building Services has grown to be the 2nd Largest U.S. based security company in the United States.
