U.S. Highway 68 is an east-west United States highway that runs for 560 miles (901 km) from northwest Ohio to western Kentucky.

As of 2004, the highway's eastern terminus is Findlay, Ohio at Interstate 75. Its western terminus is Reidland, Kentucky at U.S. Highway 62.

U.S. Route 68 takes a north-south route throughout much of Ohio. In Bellefontaine and Xenia, it intersects with U.S. Route 33 and U.S. Route 35 (respectively) at counterintuitive angles. Both of those highways take east-west routes at their intersections with 68, despite their being marked as north-south.
