Tyresö castle (Tyresö slott) is a castle from 17th century in Tyresö, Sweden, about 25 km southeast of central Stockholm.

The construction of the castle began in 1620s by the riksråd Gabriel Oxenstierna. The castle was completed in 1636. He also constructed the nearby Tyresö church, which was inaugurated with his own burial in 1641.

The castle was inherited by Maria Sofia de la Gardie in 1648, who constructed many small industries in the vicinity of the castle.

During 1770s the castle was modernized and the first English garden in Sweden was created, which still exists today.

Marquis Claes Lagergren purchased Tyresö castle in 1892 and rebuilt large parts of it in a national romantic style. The marquis died in 1930 and in his will handed over Tyresö castle over to the Nordic Museum.
