Typhoon (태풍 Taepung) is a 2005 South Korean action film directed by Kwak Kyung-taek and starring Jang Dong-gun, Lee Jung-jae and Lee Mi-yeon.
A US military ship carrying operations technology for a military satellite is hijacked by Sin(Jang Dong Gun) and his crew. Having stolen the technology, Sin intends to release and explode a fleet of helium balloons loaded with nuclear devices over the Korean peninsula.
Sejong(Lee Jung Jae),is secretly sent by the South Korean government to find and apprehend Sin before his genoicidal plan is carried out.
