Beddome's Worm Snake Typhlops beddomii is a species of snake found in India. Named after Richard Henry Beddome, 1830-1911, British army officer and botanist. Type locality: Palghat and Anamallays 2500 ft., Kimedy Hill Vizagapatnam district, and Travancore Hills, 2500 3000 ft
