Type 99 (camouflage)

Type 99 is a camouflage pattern used by People's Liberation Army of the People's Republic of China.
The main variant is a four-colour woodland pattern with olive, green, yellow-green and black. Type 99 has been criticised for its use of black but once faded, it becomes dull and subdued.
Type 99 camouflage is used by PLA and developed many types of BDU. For example, there is Type 87, Type 95, Type 03, etc.
