Type 354 Radars
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This is one of the most widely deployed air/surface search naval radars in Chinese service. The Type 354 is predominantly found on major PLA-N surface combatants such as the Luda DDG and Jianghu class FFG in the 1980s to 1990s. It is slowly being replaced in favour of the Type 360 or Type 364 radar for new vessels.
The distinctive recognition characteristics is the large 'orange-peel' paraboloid reflector antenna.
