[edit] Expansion
I'm in the process of expanding Typhoon Karen, I've already done some work on it. I'm gonna do more later. I believe i have enough information to get it to start, but I'm not sure, I'll just have to see. P.S if i made any spelling or grammatical errors you can fix them.
