Tye Fields

Walter Tyson "Tye" Fields (born February 8, 1975, Missoula, Montana) is an American heavyweight boxer who as of July 15, 2006 has a record of 37 wins and 1 loss. He has beaten credible opponents such as Saul Montana, Bruce Seldon, Sedreck Fields, Maurice Harris and Ray Lunsford. His only loss was to Jeff Ford, and that loss was avenged by a first round knockout. Fields knocked out his first 14 opponents in the first round, and has a total of 23 first round knockouts. Standing at 6 feet, 9 and a half inches, the powerful southpaw is drawing nearer and nearer to a title shot. He already has won 4 regional titles and has 33 knockouts in 37 fights.
Before taking up boxing, Fields played college basketball and was a starter at forward for San Diego State University.
