[edit] Early Music Interest
Twisted was inspired by Dr. Dre and the game to become a producer and decided to do it when he and his best friend both took a big interest in music. After being given some producing software from his friend Lethal Injection, he began producing and mixing until he began to gather up a group of MC's and start Breakthrough Records. Twisted started out as an MC taught to freestyle and write lyrics by Lethal injection, who at the time was part of Sound of the Gat. Dispite Lethal Injection's attempts to get Twisted to MC, he couldnt build up the confidence to rap, and then his best friend suggested they produce instead of MC. After being given some production software, Twisted started practicing making instrumentals.
[edit] Current Status
Twisted is currently looking for talented MC's to join Breakthrough and feature on the debut mixtape. It has also been confirmed that Twisted will be producing a music video for Delta, a member of Breakthrough. he will also have a cameo appearence in the video. He has changed the name of his Crew from Breakthrough Records, just to Breakthrough, but it has been confirmed that any mixtapes or albums made by Breakthrough will have a new Breakthrough Productions logo on instead of the former Breakthrough Records logo.
[edit] Controversy
- A.Y Military - There has been controversy between Breakthrough and A.Y Military since they seporated, This was due to Lethal Injection and Spinkid having a friendly freestyle battle which got sereous, and caused the split. Twisted has announced that this has not affected his connection with the members of A.Y Military but he will remain loyal to his crew. Delta and blaze have also announced they are not involved but will remain with Breakthrough.
Lethal Injection has announced that he will be recording a diss track towards Spinkid and even the other members of A.Y Military if its necessery. Though the rest of Breakthrough are currently not involved in the controversy, it has been confirmed that the diss songs will be included on the Breakthrough Mixtape.
[edit] Future Wishes
Twisted would like to have his own label but he would also like to be a part of Aftermath Entertainment due to the fact that he believes Dr. Dre is the best hip hop producer there is and there will never be anyone better.
