No, not really, it's still a stub. DYK doesn't expect quality, just new articles. It's a way of asking for collaboration on a new article. And it works. As for references, the wikilinks to other articles are references, most of this info is in main articles on the different twirling related topics. I wish you would remove that tag, none of this is in any way unreferenced. Read the inline links. User:Pedant 05:17, 12 September 2006 (UTC)
OK, I see the point. don't think of wikilinks as references, but I guess they themselves contain the references. I've removed it.
