TVN 24

TVN 24 is Poland's first 24-hour news channel, it launched in 9 August 2001. It is part of the TVN network and is owned by ITI Group. It gained popularity after the September 11, 2001 attacks in the USA which was first major incident to be covered by TVN 24. It's available in most cable networks and both digital platforms in Poland and in some networks in other countries, including USA and Germany. You can watch it also in the Internet, using live streaming (only AUDIO).

TVN 24 team is also responsible for the TVN flagship newscast, Fakty, and for the weather channel TVN Meteo. During major events (most recently Pope John Paul II's death) TVN 24 is transmitted by TVN which has much wider range.
