Tupi, South Cotabato

Tupi is a 2nd class municipality in the province of South Cotabato, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 53,440 people in 11,049 households. Nestling at the foot of a dormant volcano, Mt. Matutum, Tupi is considered as the fruit and flower basket of South Cotabato. Just recently, it has become world-class with the installation of a state-of-the-art telecom facilities by PLDT.
