Tupelo High School is the only public high school in Tupelo, Mississippi. The campus consists of fourteen buildings, including a Performing Arts Center, an Advanced Technology Center, which houses the Global Language Lab, and a separate ninth-grade building. There are generally about 1,900 students who attend THS. They offer a curriculum containing 160 Carnegie units, 16 of which are Advanced Placement.

The athletic venues consist of a 7500-seat football stadium, three practice fields, two gymnasiums, and an intramural field. The athletic teams are football, baseball, softball, men's and women's soccer, basketball, tennis, golf, cross country, swimming, and track. Tupelo High School also offers a number of intramural sports.

- John Dye (Touched by an Angel) graduated 1981.
- Tan White ('05 WNBA draft 1st round pick for Indiana Fever) graduated 2001.
- Robert Scribner Internationally-famous cross-country runner, currently runs at Mississippi State University
- Sonny Hare Famous clothing designer, hair stylist, and owner of SoHa's Male Modeling Agency
