Tukums is an air base in Latvia, Latvia located 5 km southeast of Tukums. It is a spartan military airfield with a single long ramp and reveted area.
It was operated by the Soviet Navy, and hosted 668 MShAP (668th Naval Shturmovik Aviation Regiment) flying Su-24 aircraft. Another source gives 240 MShAP (240th Naval Shturmovik Aviation Regiment) [1].
