Tugulusaurus (meaning "Tugulu lizard") was a theropod dinosaur from early Cretaceous Tugulu Formation in the Urhe area of China. Originally classified as a coelurosaur, it is generally considered a nomen dubium: only parts of one skeleton, namely a few vertebrae and a right hind leg, were discovered in 1973. Since then, other fossils have been assigned to the genus, but there is some doubt as to their validity.
