Tuff (Kirby series character)

Tuff (Bun (ブン Bun?) is a fictional character in the Kirby: Right Back at Ya! anime series. He is one of the lead male characters besides Kirby and is voiced by Rika Komatsu in the Japanese version and Tara Sands in the English dub. His English name is meant to sound like the word "tough".

Tuff appears to be a young boy dressed only in overalls and green shoes. He has pale orange skin and his eye color is unknown since both of his eyes are always covered by his yellow-and-green hair. It is possible, however, that, like the rest of his family, his eyes are egg-shaped.
His design seems similar on the archer-like Yaban enemy drones seen in Kirby's Dream Land 3.

Tuff is Tiff's younger brother, who lives with her and her family in King Dedede's castle, and is one of Kirby's friends, though he is more easily brainwashed by King Dedede's schemes than his sister. He, as his English dub name suggests, is tough and always ready to go on an adventure with both is sister and especially his friend Kirby, whom he sometimes gets jealous of.
In many ways, Tuff is an exact opposite of his sister; he prefers to play soccer with his friends rather than read books. He is always hanging out with Kirby, Lololo and Lalala, and three Cappy kids, Spikehead (Iro), Iro (Hohhe), and Honey. He can be a troublemaker even if he's really trying to help, and he is considered impetuous and always getting into mischief. He also likes danger, no matter how dangerous it is for him - especially when he set out to find the legendary Pukey Flower after Kirby ended up falling asleep after swallowing a Noddy.
Tuff always knows how heroic Kirby is, no matter what, as he and his sister always support him in his battles against Nightmare's monsters.
