Tu or TU may stand for:

- As t.u. (in lower case), this is used as a derogatory reference to the University of Texas at Austin by students and supporters of its arch-rival, Texas A&M University, since they say that the University of Texas is just another Texas university. Students and supports of the University of Texas at Austin respond by saying t.u. stands for The University, implying that Texas A&M is of second caliber.
- Tu (in Spanish Tú) is an informal second-person pronoun in Romance languages. It is also an informal form of the second-personal pronoun in Hindi and Urdu. For more information on formal and informal pronouns, see T-V distinction.
- Tu is also an expression, commonly used in the United Kingdom. It is used whenever someone makes an avoidable (and terrible) mistake. Mistakes normally involves including but not limited to acts of slippery, forgetfulness, mistyping computer commands, pulling the plugs, smashing ketchup and vinegar bottles.
- TU is also used as an acronym for "tits up", indicating a state of expiration, as in, "my television went TU".
