Tsushima, Ehime

Tsushima (津島町; -cho) is a former town of Japan located in Kitauwa District, Ehime Prefecture.
As of 2003, the town has an estimated population of 13,284 and a density of 60.10 persons per km². The total area is 221.05 km².
On August 1, 2005, the town merged with Uwajima city, along with other neighboring regions, and as a result, the town of Tsushima ceased to exist.
