[edit] Summary
I scanned this at 600 DPI from the front of the "Advanced D&D Dungeon Masters Guide" (Copyright 1979) box. I did minor cleanup on it, inverted it (it's white on dark on the DMG, but it does appear black on white in other places and it just looks better), and finally resampled it to 50% of its original size (primarily to reduce the blurring caused by scanning an old, faded book). All TSR trademarks expired by 2003. Presumably Wizards of the Coast, who purchased TSR, are the current copyright holders.
Interestingly, the spots on his robes appear to be part of the original work, not spots on my book. Check out Image:Tsr logo5.gif which is a scan from another location.
