Tsing Yi Estate

Tsing Yi Estate (青衣邨) is a public housing estate built by Hong Kong Housing Authority on Tsing Yi Island, Hong Kong.

The estate is the only one public housing on Tsing Yi Island that its name does not start Cheung (長). The name is in the memory of demolished Tsing Yi Town (青衣墟) in the road of development.

The estate is composed of four residential blocks, a shopping centre, two multi-storey car park, two cooked food stalls, a community hall, two primary schools, one secondary school, one sports centre and one indoor recreation centre.

The four residential blocks are:

    • Yee Yip House (宜業樓)
    • Yee Kui House (宜居樓)
  • Phase 2
    • Yee Wai House (宜偉樓)
    • Yee Yat House (宜逸樓)
