TSG Thannhausen is a German football club located in Thannhausen, Bavaria.

Although the club was founded in 1890, a football section was not established until 1920. Thannhausen currently plays in the Landesliga Süd Bayern (V) and was one of the few teams below the third division to qualify for the 2006-07 German Cup. They will play host to Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund in their first round match. The club's only previous appearance in the German Cup was a 0:6 drubbing versus Bayer Leverkusen in the first round in 1975.
