Truro College

Truro College is located in Truro, Cornwall, in the South West of England. It has Beacon College status, recognising it as one of the best colleges in the country, and it is within the top ten in league tables compiled by The Independent and The Guardian.
Truro College offers a broad range of A-level, FE, HE and vocational qualifications. Degrees granted in partnership with the University of Plymouth include BA (Hons) in Contemporary World Jazz Studies, BA (Hons) in Education and Training, and an Integrated Master's Programme (IMP) in Education.

Established in 1993, Truro College is one of the newest and fastest growing colleges in England. The 2005/2006 student body totalled over 4,000 full time and 12,000 part time students.
Truro is a tertiary college and provides education and training across a wide range, targeting groups throughout the age and educational spectrum. The College recruits from the whole of Cornwall for further and higher education.
The UK government’s league tables issued April 2006 listed Truro College as the leading public institution in Cornwall in terms of A-level achievement. The average points score per student for 2005/2006 were 310.2.
Truro College is part of the IB Diploma Programme.
